At Quinlan Gas Fireplaces, we professionally install gas fireplaces. All of our craftsmanship comes with a lifetime guarantee. We offer a 2-year extended warranty to all parts from the date of installation, giving you a total 3-year warranty, when you purchase our “Service Package”.
Steve Quinlan, Manager of our Installation Department, has been installing gas fireplaces and gas logs since 1995. He’s earned several certificates throughout the country including the NFI Certificate. Steve is also fully trained to run gas lines and install gas fireplaces throughout Colorado, Steve’s primary goal is to ensure you are purchasing a gas fireplace you like and to do his very best to guarantee you ultimate satisfaction!
Nancy Roeller, started in the apartment industry in 1994 and achieved leasing agent of the year's Prep Rally award in 1998 from the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. In 1999 while working as Assistant Manager for Legacy Partners, her community received Property of the Year within Legacy's communities. She is educated in Fair Housing laws, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker and has worked in the industry for 15 years. Her focus is the resident's safety and well being. Joining Quinlan Gas Fireplaces was a natural fit for her as she continues ensuring the safety of the residents thru educating Property Management companies on gas fireplace safety and natural gas and Carbon Monoxide awareness.
